Grooved Reducer Coupling Concentric

Two ends are both grooved connection, faster install time and much less install space. When two kinds of pipeline diameters are different, and the ends are grooved, then grooved reducer concentric coupling will be used to change the diameter of the pipeline. JIZHONG(G) grooved fittings have FM/UL certification and can be used in fire protection, HAVC, and water pipeline systems.

Grooved Threaded Reducer Concentric

Install cost will be cheaper than grooved reducer concentric, But it will take more time, and pay more workers salaries, to if considering all the costs, Threaded reducer concentric may not be the most economical solution. But it is efficient to be suitable for different ends pipeline. JIZHONG(G) grooved fitting surface is smooth and easy to install and assemble. The max working pressure can reach 2.5MPa.

The Grooved Eccentric Reducer

Under normal circumstances, the bending moment generated by the area pressure difference between the large and small ends of the concentric reducer under the action of internal pressure causes the large end to open relatively and the small end to contract relatively, while the inner surface of the large end on the grooved eccentric side of the eccentric reducer and the outer middle of the eccentric reducer The hoop stress on the surface is the largest.
