The Jizhong grooved end cap  is manufactured from durable ductile iron, meeting ASTM A536 standards. Each batch undergoes rigorous metallurgical testing to ensure quality and consistency.

• Pressure rating: tested up to 500 PSI* for dependable system performance.

The maximum pressure rating includes internal forces, external loads, and end load impacts under normal working conditions. A nominal safety factor of 1.5 is applied, based on standard-weight steel pipe. Field tests may require 1.5 times the listed working pressure.
